  • No. A meaningful portion of the candidates we place weren't actively looking when we first spoke. If you're open to hearing about the right opportunity, that's a sufficient reason to connect. There's no obligation on either side from an initial conversation.

  • Your current employment status, your name, and your interest in exploring are protected at every step. We don't share your information with any firm without your explicit knowledge and consent before each introduction. Nothing moves without your approval.

  • Does working with a recruiter cost me anything?

  • Complete control. We don't submit your information to anyone without discussing the specific opportunity with you first and getting your approval. If a firm approaches us about a candidate profile that fits you, we'll ask you before anything moves forward.

  • Start with what you're looking for and what you're not, where you are in your career and what's driving your thinking, and any constraints that matter: geography, practice area, firm type, compensation. You don't need a polished pitch or a decision made. A genuine conversation is enough to get started.

  • That's completely fine. We never push candidates toward decisions that aren't right for them. If the timing isn't right, we'd rather stay in contact and revisit things when it is. The relationship matters more to us than any single placement.

  • It depends on the role, the market, and how quickly things move on both sides. Some searches move in weeks; others take months. We give you realistic expectations at the start and keep you informed throughout. You won't be left wondering where things stand.
